Shoreline Series

A series of pieces inspired by the influence of place on my mental well being. Using colours inspired by the North Ayrshire coast in Scotland some pieces come from a place of calm stillness. Others from a much darker place.

This series, begun in 2025, is very much a product of my families move from industrial Manchester to the Scottish coast. A period of change in my personal life during a period of increased global instability. An emotional rollercoaster in cloth and stitch.
